What is a water backup system?

A water backup system stores municipal water in a tank and uses a pump to maintain consistent pressure to your home or business during outages or low-pressure periods. When municipal supply fails, the system automatically switches over — you won't even notice it happened.

Which package is right for me?

We offer three packages sized to your household or business. The LITE Mojo (R19,950) suits 1–4 residents or up to 12 office staff, with 2,050L of storage. The MEDIUM Mojo (R26,950) is our most popular and handles 5–10 residents or up to 30 office staff, with 5,250L. The LARGE Mojo (R37,950) covers 11–20 residents or up to 60 office staff, with 10,500L. All tanks are expandable if your needs grow. Optional add-ons — including a pressure tank, leak detection, water usage tracking, advanced filtration, and a maintenance plan — are available on every package.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No deposit is required. You pay the agreed once-off purchase price and that's it. Full installation is included in the price.

How quickly can I get the system installed?

In most cases, installation is completed within 7–14 working days after confirmation. Emergency installations may be available on request.

Yes — all packages are a once-off purchase. You own your system outright from the day it's installed, with no lock-in. If you'd prefer to spread the cost over monthly payments, our Ownership Plan is coming soon — message us on WhatsApp to register your interest.

Is installation included in the price?

Yes. All our prices include full professional installation, commissioning, and a basic electrical connection. A Certificate of Compliance is provided where applicable. Should your property require additional wiring beyond the standard connection, or if tank leveling is needed, this will be assessed during the site visit and quoted separately before any work begins — no surprises.

What warranty comes with the system?

All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation. Components are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties, which vary by product. If anything fails within the workmanship guarantee period, we'll resolve it at no cost to you.

What areas do you service?

We currently serve Gauteng. Contact us to confirm coverage in your specific area and to discuss emergency installation options.

Is a monthly payment option available?

We are currently developing an Ownership Plan that allows you to pay monthly and own the system outright at the end — no cancellation penalty. Message us on WhatsApp to register your interest and we'll notify you when it launches.

Will my water pressure hold during load-shedding?

Our pumps are inverter-compatible. If you want full pressure through load-shedding, we can arrange an inverter wiring add-on — a specialist electrical contractor wires your pump circuit to your existing inverter. This is quoted separately; ask us when you enquire.
